The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a sovereign federation of seven states located southeast of the Persian Gulf on the Arabian Peninsula in Southwest Asia, bordering Oman and Saudi Arabia. The seven states, termed emirates, are Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm al-Quwain.
The UAE now has 40 public Hospitals, compared with only 7 in 1970. The Ministry of Health is undertaking a multimillion-dollar program to expand health facilities and hospitals, medical centres, and a trauma centre in the seven emirates.
According to an estimate by the World Bank, the UAE’s population in 2018 stands at 9.543 million.
Sharjah is the third largest and third most populous city in the United Arab Emirates, forming part of the Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman metropolitan area. It is located along the southern coast of the Persian Gulf on the Arabian Peninsula.
Our project is developed in collaboration with the health authorities of the country to respond to the growing need in medical infrastructures and wellness facilities.
Located in a new area of the city of Sharjah, dedicated to health and wellness services, this new area is also ideally located for direct access from Sharjah or Dubai airports.
The health infrastructure is a combination of healthcare services and wellness activities, taking place in an exceptional healing environment.
At the centre of our medical programme, a French-European Hospital with a fully dedicated unit to « Mother and Child » represents the key activity on site.
These facilities will be fully integrated into Sharjah’s health development programme.
