The city is in the plain of the Rhone where it forms an elbow. It is part of Lower Valais and is close to the city of Sion, capital of the canton.
In addition to the many Roman ruins, including Roman arenas in good condition, the city has an important gallery, the Foundation Pierre-Gianadda, internationally renowned, and the castle built in the thirteenth century, whose master is undoubtedly the bishop of Sion, Landry de Mont.
The city will merge on January 1, 2021 with Charrat, which will become a district of Martigny.
The Residence has been developed by H&W and EHC dedicated to senior population. The residence will be built near the train station, in the booming new living area of the city. The residence includes apartments with services adapted to the elderly, a retirement home for the most dependent, stores so that they can shop as they wish, a restaurant, tea-room & cafés, and an event area to avoid loneliness. A real neighbourhood life in the heart of Martigny.

With a view on the lake the Residence is surrounded by many attractions and entertainments that are organised throughout the year. In winter or summer, there is always something happening…so you cannot feel alone.
The residence includes assisted living apartments for dependent elderly people who need assistance in their daily lives, as well as community apartments so that different generations can talk to each other, help each other and share unique moments in a joyful and cheerful atmosphere.
The Canary Islands are among the most popular holiday destinations for travellers looking for peace, sunshine and, above all, discovery. These small islands located a few steps from the African coasts, especially those of Morocco, offer an ideal combination of land and sea, nature and leisure.
Our complex is in the north part of the island of Fuerteventura, the second largest island in the Canary Islands. This major project is meant to contribute to the economic development of the region. It was supported and above all driven by local authorities who wanted to offer a vast complex adapted to the needs of all future customers.
The wellness complex brings together 3 complementary activities: 5* Hotel and Congress centre with its private villas; Wellness Hotel with its thalassotherapy centre, and a Hotel-Residence services for senior people with a medical centre.
In a pleasant and unique setting, future residents will be able to relax, enjoy the sun of the Canary Islands, be tempted by thalassotherapy treatments. The congress centre, which include training rooms will be able to host many symposia from all over the world.
